Green Thumb Gardens was started in 2005 specializing in hot peppers and Tomatoes. At first tomatoes and hot peppers were sold to restaurants in the Concord, NC area. After a few years other vegetables were added including collards, spinach, swiss chard, lettuce, beets, carrots, asparagus, broccoli, potatoes, peas, green
beans, squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, okra, bluberries, and cucumbers. All... these vegetables are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or harmful pesticides. We now sell at local farmer's markets including the Huntersville Growers' Market (Saturday 8am-12pm from May to October) located in downtown Huntersville, NC and at the Farmers Market-The Park (Tuesday 10am-2pm June to August) in Huntersville located in the front parking lot corner of Presbyterian Hospital.
