We are a Toronto-based city farm, where we have 2 acres of land and 3,000 square feet of greenhouse space. We help young entrepreneurs start their own city farming business all over Toronto. We sell their produce through the Fresh City Box, a hyper-local food experience delivered to your door.

Naturally Grown in Niagara: A bicycle-powered farm in West St. Catharines. I run a small CSA (weekly boxes of seasonal vegetables to subscribers) and extra produce is available too via the facebook page or the website/email. I grow mainly vegetables such as heirloom tomatoes beans, beets, radishes (including daikon), Asian greens, kale and chard, cucumbers, garlic, squash, and wild edibles.

Our animals are raised on pasture and we grow traditional and heirloom varieties of vegetables from seed, using only organic or sustainable seed sources. Everything is grown and raised directly on the farm giving you the security of knowing where your food comes from. Our farm is powered by a team of Suffolk Punch Draft horses.
